- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior project manager to join a leading organisation in the commercial property sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of a variety of high-profile projects, working with a team of market-leading experts to deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception to completion
- Manage and monitor project budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.
What we're looking for:- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in the commercial property or construction sectors
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- A degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional qualifications
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
