- C&P are working with a leading housebuilder in Aberdeen which is recruiting for an Architectural Manager to join their well-knit and supportive team. If you're passionate about developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while taking responsibility for the delivery of high-end residential projects, then this job may be the one for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal design and construction teams as well as external consultants
- Providing guidance to the architectural team
- Leading multi-disciplinary meetings
- Reviewing drawings as required
- Reviewing documentation to ensure compatibility with legislation
- Monitoring design quality
We are keen to talk to people who have an architectural qualification, ideally a HNC/HND/degree, and experience of working in the housebuilding industry. You will be able to develop robust working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, and will be comfortable leading meetings and liaising with different groups. You will be computer literate and have in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, and a working knowledge of Revit.
