The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring financial efficiency and contract compliance across multiple projects. Your key duties will include:
✅ Advising operational teams on contract and commercial matters
✅ Monitoring costs, valuations, and subcontractor accounts
✅ Ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting
✅ Managing contract negotiations to protect the company's interests
✅ Preparing and managing budgets for Preliminaries and trades
✅ Attending project meetings and ensuring financial procedures are met
What You'll Need:
✔️ Experience in a similar QS role within the construction industry
✔️ Strong financial control & contract management skills
✔️ Proficiency in IT systems including Excel, COINS, Word, and PowerPoint
✔️ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
