The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will:
Ensure that all homes meet NHBC standards and exceed customer expectations.
Act as a critical liaison between the developer and customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Handle queries efficiently and professionally, maintaining the company's reputation for outstanding customer care.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction levels.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.
Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in residential construction or housing development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering first-class service.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
