Exciting new role as a Sales Advisor for New Homes sales, based in East Calder. Immediate start!
As part of a dynamic sales team operating across the Central Belt of Scotland, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment designed for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities
·Collaborate with the Sales Manager to understand and meet targets.
·Respond to inquiries from potential customers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
·Proactively generate new sales leads.
·Use Salesforce to manage sales data and communications daily.
·Manage the sales mailbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
·Host show home visits, showcasing available properties.
·Ensure the development and stock plots are always presented excellently.
·Maintain clear communication with the site team and sales manager through regular meetings.
·Build rapport with prospective and current clients, driving sales through high-quality customer engagement.
·Complete the reservation process, securing deposits to close sales.
·Follow all procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
·Deliver outstanding service, ensuring a positive and smooth customer experience.
·Oversee daily management of development, including generating viewings, following up on inquiries, and supporting clients with choices.
·Maintain contact with existing customers throughout their journey.
·Coordinate with banks, building societies, surveyors, solicitors, and estate agents to progress sales to completion.
·Work with site managers, selling agents, and clients for effective communication and collaboration.
·Support the department or business with additional tasks as requested by your sales manager.
·Provide occasional coverage for other developments or assist as needed.
Required Skills
·Proven success in new home sales essential
·Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sales-focused setting.
·Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
·Skilled in negotiation to drive sales and profitability.
·Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at all levels.
·Tenacity in handling challenges and adapting to change.
·Skilled in overcoming objections.
·High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Pro.
·Experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce or similar.
