Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Commercial Administrator to support the Buying Department of a leading main contractor and insurance reinstatement business based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Buying Department, including processing orders, managing supplier relationships, and tracking procurement activities.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support with invoicing, data entry, and financial reporting as needed.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a commercial administration role, ideally within the construction or insurance reinstatement sector.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
