Description
My client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented full time Office Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months.
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
·Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
·Maintain and organise office files and records, both electronic and physical.
·Diary management and liaising with operatives and customers.
·Arranging payments to clients as required.
·Coordinate and schedule meetings and client appointments.
·Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
·Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role would be advantageous.
·Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
·Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
·High attention to detail and accuracy.
·Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
