Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all technical aspects of residential developments
Lead design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Provide technical expertise in the planning and execution of residential developments
Ensure the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation across all projects

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Technical Manager in residential development, with a strong track record of delivering projects
In-depth knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, and construction methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Chartered status or relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or construction is desirable
